Road Traffic Accidents

If you have been involved in a Road Traffic Accident and suffered an injury you may be entitled to compensation. Your employer is obliged to provide you with a safe working environment and to ensure that all facilities, plant, machinery etc. is fit for purpose, you must be given correct training and suitable supervision be provided to you.

One of the most common forms of personal injury claims is the category that revolves around slips, trips and falls. If you have fallen, tripped or slipped due to a danger or hazard created by others and have suffered an injury, you may be entitled to make a claim for compensation.
